Neo OmniPad now out, dual-SIM and Jelly Bean goodness on a budget

The new Neo OmniPad, the company’s successor to the Edge OmniPad, is now officially available. It features a 7inch display with 1024 x 600 of resolution as well as dual-SIM capabilities. It is also loaded out of the box with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, all for a suggested retail price of PHP6,999. Not bad, right?
